Description

The functionalization of 3D objects with conductive patterns is achieved by different methods, some of which are mature and industrialized. In this work, the potential of a technology for direct printing of conductive inks on 3D objects is described, in particular through applications in the field of radiofrequency. It is thus possible to print 2D or 3D antennas, coplanar transmission lines, or create metallic patterns on 3D radomes to control radiation. This opens up the possibility of customising patterns of all kinds, on various 3D-shaped substrates.
